The weather may be changing but the scenery is still picture perfect. If you're looking for a great place to get away with a group — free from the distractions of everyday life — Clydehurst in the off-season is exactly that.
We rent our full facilities including food, housing, and general staff. Your group brings the program, music, and activity materials — we take care of the rest. Whether it's a youth retreat, church conference, or small group weekend, Clydehurst provides the backdrop for something memorable.

Dining Hall
Where meals are served and where most groups choose to gather. Clydehurst's kitchen staff prepares all meals — your group just shows up hungry.
Chapel
A beautiful chapel perfect for large group gatherings, teaching sessions, and worship — set alongside the Boulder River in the heart of the valley.
Lodge
A great place to relax between sessions, featuring pool tables, ping-pong, air hockey, and a cozy stone fireplace for evening gatherings.
Rustic Cabins
Comfortable individual cabins with full bathrooms — ideal for small groups or couples retreats. Each cabin has a queen bed and bunk beds.
The 5-Plex
Our fully winterized 5-plex accommodates up to 40 people — perfect for larger groups needing comfortable, all-season housing on the ranch.
The Setting
30 miles south of Big Timber in the Boulder River Valley, surrounded by the Absaroka-Beartooth Wilderness — stunning in every season.
Before You Book
What's Included
We rent facilities, which includes food, housing, and general staff. Program content, music, and activity materials are the responsibility of your group.
Alcohol-Free Campus
Clydehurst is a strictly alcohol-free campus. All groups are expected to honor this policy for the duration of their rental.
Contract & Deposit
A contract must be completed and returned along with a deposit to secure your dates. Reach out to Sam to get started.
Seasonal Water Access
Cabins are without running water from the end of September until the beginning of May, depending on the year and weather. The 5-plex remains fully winterized year-round.
Bedding
Bedding is not provided for speakers or campers — guests should bring their own sleeping bags or bedding for the duration of the stay.
Cell Service & WiFi
There is no cell service at Clydehurst, and WiFi access is limited. For many groups, this is one of the best parts — a true digital detox in the mountains.
